The programme will combine different formats throughout the weekend, including keynotes, spotlight sessions, workshops, panel discussions and networking opportunities.

• Youth Ultimate Development – sharing ideas on how youth ultimate can continue to grow across Europe

• Coaching & Player Development – looking at how young players can be supported on and off the field

• Federation Structures & Support – exchanging experiences on how National Federations can strengthen youth programmes

• Community & Networking – creating space to connect with others involved in youth ultimate

As part of the conference weekend, participants will also have the opportunity to watch the EYUC finals and medal ceremony, bringing together the on-field competition and off-field exchange.
