General Information
Age eligibility: born on or after January 1, 2009
Roster deadlines:
Minimum 14 Player Fee payments due April 30th.
Final roster locked June 28th.
Final player & non-player fee payment is due July 15th.
Late roster additions: Adding extra names after June 28th will incur an increase of the player Fee by €50
Medical and Travel
Health care/medical/insurance: EU citizens must bring a valid EU Health Insurance Card and valid insurance. Non-EU citizens are also required to have valid insurance.
Staff will be on-site to deal with first aid and assess injuries. If there is a need for further medical attention, steps will be taken.
No one will be denied emergency care in Austria if needed.
Visa/permit: If in doubt, contact your local authorities for specific inquiries on Visa/permit or other legal aspects of entering Austria. The TOC cannot provide specific advice on the process.
The TOC can provide a letter confirming your team’s or individual player’s participation at EYUC 2026.
